Runes are magical items used to infuse Equipment with special effects.
Each rune has its own unique ability and exists in five tiers, with higer tiers granting stronger effects.
To apply a rune, hold it in your hand and use it to open the Rune Infusion interface. There, you’ll see a list of compatibile items from your Inventory that can receive the rune’s effect.
Applying a rune also requires a certain amount of Force Crystal Dust.
Each item can hold only one rune effect.
Once the target items is selected, the rune and dust are consumed, and the Equipment becomes infused with the rune’s power.
Infused items can also be placed into a Processign Station to extract a rune with a weaker effect than the one originally infused into the item, allowing partial recovery of rune power.
- Mobs: Fragments drop from mobs at lower altitudes. Higher altitudes yield small or medium runes instead. Defeat elite, legendary, miniboss or boss enemies to obtain them.
- Loot: All sorts of runes can be obtained from special chests. The best loot is found at the highest altitudes.
- Crafting
- Processing Station: Recycle enchanted weapons or chestplates at a processing station to extract resources and obtain fragments or runes of the corresponding size.

HOW TO APPLY RUNES
1. Hold a rune in your hand and select “Use.”
2. A window will show your eligible weapons or chestplates.
3. Choose an item and provide the required additional crafting component (the enchanting cost).
4. The rune and component are consumed, and your item gains a magical effect based on the rune’s size.
